Here are a few things to be aware of as you view our site.
-Ordering. All customers must set up an account profile  and log in that account before ordering items.
-Multiple Orders. If you are entering two orders within a short window of time, you must log out of your account and log back in again before entering the second order.Otherwise payment and shipping options may not function as they should when placing the second order.
-Shipping Option Not Available.  If you are not seeing shipping options it is most likely because you have not logged into your account. It may also be due to the fact that a portion of your address is entered incorrectly.  The U.S. Post Office, Federal Express and UPS interfaces require an address which is part of your account profile. Their databases actually confirm the existence of an address as part of the shipping process.
-The Campus Mail shipping option should only be selected by MSU staff that are physically located on the MSU central campus in East Lansing.
-Customers who select the Pick Up at Store option should call 517-353-6740 in advance.
-Next Day Delivery. While the shippers that we work with do offer next day delivery, please be aware that our warehouse processes orders Monday-Friday from 7:30am 4:00PM EDT. A minimum of 3 or more business days is a more reasonable expectation for delivery of orders within the lower 48 states.  Orders from Alaska, Hawaii and Canada will most likely take slightly longer to arrive. International orders beyond the U.S. and Canada will take even more time.
- International orders (beyond the U.S. and Canada) must be paid for with a credit card and must be insured at the customer's expense.
-Tax Exemption.If your non-MSU agency, business or institution is considered tax exempt by the state of Michigan you must have a Michigan Department of Treasury form 3372* on file with our office.
You can download form 3372 at;
